Pepperdine University mourns the death of Seaver College student Autumn Tennison, who passed away on Monday, March 7, 2022. A graduate of Robinson High School in Robinson, IL, Tennison is a third-year student pursuing a BA in Creative Writing and a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.

“Herbast was a lovely young woman and we will miss her dearly,” said Lisa Smith, visiting professor of English at Seaver College. “I spoke with Autumn as she was writing her spiritual autobiography for my spiritual writing class, and she shared with me her belief in the power of God’s love for all people, and how she herself experiences his Love. She has a heart that genuinely cares about others and tells me she has dedicated herself to helping others who are in trouble.”
