Mekapati Gautham Reddy death, Industries minister passed away – cause of death

AndhraPradesh IT minister Mekapati Goutham Reddy @MekapatiGoutham passed away on 21st February. He suffered a heart attack and was brought dead to Apollo Hospital in #Hyderabad. He attended the Dubai business expo and returned on 20th.

Industry Minister Mekapati Gautham Reddy said Andhra Pradesh is rich in natural and mineral resources and said the state offers a low-risk and relaxed environment for businesses to thrive. The Associated Press is the best destination to invest in any industry because the state government offers one of the best industry-friendly policies in the country, he said.

Mekapati opened on Friday with Dr. Sani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade and Dr. Ahmed Abdul Rahman Albanna, UAE Ambassador to India, attended the Dubai Expo.

On that occasion, Mekapati said that India and the United Arab Emirates have a long history and their relationship spanned centuries. Mekapati said: “Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is redefining governance by providing public services through village and district secretariats, door-to-door delivery of civilian goods, Rythu Bharosa Kendra (one-stop solution for farmers) and more with forward-looking move.”

He said Andhra Pradesh has strong governance, strategic location advantages, strong infrastructure, thriving industrial and business ecosystem, skilled workforce and huge growth potential in all industries.

The minister said the AP is a leader in agriculture, horticulture, dairy and seafood production. He said the state had the second highest freshwater fish production, with 35,000 tons of fish, including 28,000 freshwater fish.

“The state has huge investment potential in electric vehicles, battery manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, IT emerging technologies, technical textiles, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals and food processing,” Mecapati said.
Indian Ambassador Dr. CM Advisor and Special Representative for the Middle East and Far East Sunjay Sudhir, Zulfi Ravdjee, APIIC Chairman M. Govinda Reddy, MLA Abdul Hafeez Khan and APEDB CEO JVN Subramanyam also attended.
