Rubin Nolt Of Mohnton Was Killed In A Motorcycle Accident In Lancaster County

Nolt died Saturday as a result of multiple injuries suffered when he struck a utility pole on Route 23, about halfway between Blue Ball and Morgantown in the area of the Churchtown, Dr. Stephen Diamantoni said. He ruled the death accidental.

The coroner said on Tuesday that the 16-year-old Rubin Nolt of Mohnton was the person killed in a motorcycle accident over the weekend in Lancaster County. It was revealed that Nolt was wearing a helmet.

State police in Lancaster said Nolt was eastbound at a high rate of speed on a straight stretch shortly before 8 a.m. Saturday when he lost control of the motorcycle and it struck a mailbox and the utility pole.
