Larry Sellers’ co-star of Dr Quinn and Medicine Woman, Jane Seymour took to Instagram to share a heartfelt post for the late actor. She posted a picture and mentioned that Seller was the heart and spirit of the show. Jane added that the actor’s presence was just mystical, magical and spiritual and that she feels lucky to have had all those amazing years together. Seymour continued by saying that Larry would be missed by everyone and prayed that may his memory be a blessing to everyone. She concluded the post as she paid condolences to the late actor’s family and friends.

Who Was Larry Sellers?

Since Larry had been associated with the film industry for a very long time, his fans and well-wishers are in shock after learning about his unfortunate death. As soon as the fans heard the saddening news, they have been paying him tributes and have been offering condolences to his family. Born on October 2, 1949, Larry Seller was not just an exceptional actor but also a stuntman of Cherokee, Osage and Lakota heritage. The 72-year-old mainly portrayed Native American characters including his popular role of Cloud Dancing on Dr Quinn on CBS which aired 150 episodes from 1993 to 1998. Besides, he was a technical advisor on the same show too.

According to an article published in 2017 by journalist C.L Harmon, Larry wanted to portray the role of a real native American of tribal ethnicity and Native American people. He also appeared in Lightning Jack and Wayne’s World 2, the western comedy. Seller also made numerous appearances on television such as his major roles in Walker and Texas Ranger and adventure series like Beverly Hills, Hawkeye, and The Sopranos. Apart from it, the actor was also an Osage language instructor in Oklahoma since 2016.
