Who Is Darius Danesh? Cause Of Death? What Happened?

Who Is Darius Danesh? Cause Of Death? What Happened?:  The singer-actor was found on August 11 in Rochester, Minnesota – although the cause of death is unknown. He was one of the first generation of hit reality TV stars, quickly becoming successful and being mocked in equal measure.

Growing up in Bear Stearns, East Dunbartonshire, it was clear that Darius Denish was determined to pursue a life on stage. He made his debut at the age of 12 as part of the Scottish opera production The Trojans and went on to perform at Covent Garden in Carmen. But it wasn’t until the turn of the century that Scots became a household name in British TV audiences, when ITV began airing Popstars, the nascent version of the formatted talent show that has become ubiquitous in the two decades since.

Danesh was an early favorite, but a unique cover of Britney Spears’ pop song Baby One More Time, performed in falsetto, ruined his chances and led to him being widely ridiculed. Undeterred, he returned later in the fall when ITV aired the opening series of “Pop Idol.” The contest was ultimately won by Brit-winning singer-songwriter Will Young, while the Dane was eliminated in the penultimate contest.

But even so, the Scot is well aware that he will achieve his goals no matter what way he sees fit. After rejecting Simon Cowell’s offer of a recording contract, he began to forge his own path in the music industry, signing in 2002 with Steve Lily White, who had previously worked with U2, Crowded House and Peter Gabriel Collaborate with other artists.

In July of the same year, he released his debut single Colourblind, a track he co-wrote. It was No. 1 in the UK and held a two-week lead on the charts. Danesh went on to enjoy a career that would have been successful by any pop star’s standards. He supported Shakira on tour and released five UK top 10 singles, and his debut album Dive In went platinum

After Danesh’s second album, Live Twice, was released in 2004, the hits dried up and he used his stage experience to move to London’s West End. His performance as Billy Flynn and Michael Grandage’s Sky Masterson in the Olivier Award-winning Guys and Dolls in Chicago received positive reviews, and Danesh went on to work in the musical, playing Nick A in Funny Girls Ernstein, and spearheads the musical in From Here to Eternity.

He also returned to television in 2010, this time on ITV’s Popstar to Operastar. This time he won. After moving to the United States, Danesh married actress Natasha Henstridge in 2011. After seven years, the couple divorced. Danesh told The Scotsman in 2014 that he was used to overcoming his doubts and had been relying on his father’s advice as a child.
