When William passed away, he left behind his wife, Martha, and her three sons, one of whom was the late Charles E. Entenmann. Late Charles E. Entenmann was a baker from  Stuttgart, Germany. he took his job in America in a bread factory and he leave it his job after some time. He leave his job in a bread factory because he wanted to open his own bakery in Brooklyn. He and his family baked goods and it was delivered by horse and cart to happy customers. After that, he and his family moved to Island.
